ttorney Jennifer R. Goldman developed a fierce passion and steadfast devotion to defend the accused when she was a young child. Mrs. Goldman was always aware that she wanted to pursue a career as a criminal defense attorney and to provide assistance to those in need. Mrs. Goldman takes tremendous pride in helping individuals and their families with the highest quality service and tireless care.
Mrs. Goldman graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Arizona. Following the completion of her degree, Mrs. Goldman went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, it became clear that Mrs. Goldman’s talents strongly shown in trial advocacy. She was a member of both the Mock Trial team and distinguished Moot Court where she participated in numerous trial advocacy competitions. Mrs. Goldman accepted an internship position at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office: Multiple Conflicts Office, Major Cases, where she assisted on several high profile murder trials.
Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Mrs. Goldman worked for a high profile criminal defense attorney in Santa Barbara. Subsequently, Mrs. Goldman was also sworn in as a licensed attorney for the District of Columbia.
Mrs. Goldman is a graduate of the renowned Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College. She is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, a member of the National College of DUI Defense, a member of the Criminal Defense Bar Association of San Diego, a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. Mrs. Goldman has also received her certificate of training in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Student Course.
Mrs. Goldman has been very successful in obtaining dismissals, reductions of charges, and having DMV suspensions and revocations set aside.
Mrs. Goldman’s goal for each case is clear: to maximize all legal options to obtain the most optimal outcome. Mrs. Goldman strives to offer what a client values most in a lawyer: good judgment, founded on listening to what the client really wants and needs. Mrs. Goldman then expresses that judgment through exceptional written work, integrity in encounters with clients and their families, and simple care.

ndrew Flores is a versatile litigator with his primary area of practice being criminal defense and restraining order prosecution and defense. He also handles civil business litigation matters such as contract disputes and other related civil matters. Mr. Flores has a passion for advocacy which was fostered by his time on his collegiate debate team at California State University, Chico where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Policial Science with an Emphasis in Legal Studies. Upon graduating,Mr. Flores attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2010. While a law student Mr. Flores was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in both Trial Practice and Contracts, which is given to the student in each class with the highest grade. Mr. Flores was a member of the Mock Trial team which only furthered his desire to be a trial attorney. Immediately upon graduating from law school, Mr. Flores took and passed the California Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in December of 2010.
During his time as an attorney Mr. Flores has represented clients in both federal and state criminal cases ranging from charges of attempted murder to DUI. As a litigator, Mr. Flores is never shy about taking a matter to trial should the case call for it; he prides himself on providing his clients with open and honest representation with a commitment to counseling clients through, what for most, are very trying times. This is especially true for individuals needing assistance with the defense or prosecution of a restraining order, whether that be a Domestic Violence Restraining order, Gun Violence Restraining order, Elder Abuse Restraining order, or Civil Harassment restraining order, all of which Mr. Flores has experience handling.
Mr. Flores remains committed to obtaining results for clients, whether that be a not guilty verdict, the issuance of a permanent restraining order, or facilitating a resolution that helps his client move on from their legal issues in a positive way but always in a manner where the client is fully aware of the process and all of the options available. Mr. Flores believes that in order to obtain such results an understanding and appreciation for each individual client is the most important factor. When not advocating for his clients, Mr. Flores spends his time with his wife and two boys attending Padres games, Camping, and traveling.

ileen joined Goldman Legal in 2021 and has been working as a legal assistant at law firms for over twelve years and has experience in social security law, family law, and criminal defense. Her attention to detail and dedication to the wellbeing of all clients is paramount in her work ethic and she is happy to work closely with clients to establish a good working relationship throughout the lifetime of the case. Throughout her working history, Aileen has enjoyed learning court procedures, legal rights, and extensive court document preparation to better assist clients. A student of psychology, she spends her free time studying for her bachelors degree and loves being with her family. Her favorite personal pastimes include reading and power walking throughout Downtown San Diego for exercise.

elissa joined Goldman Legal in 2019. As a legal assistant, she works behind the scenes preparing legal documents and answering client questions. She is currently working towards a criminal justice degree and hopes to start a non-profit for legal services in the future.
